Return Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with a purchase from us please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in it's original condition and packaging, shipped back within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items that have been altered at the customers request cannot be returned.
- Contact us immediately if your jewelry is damaged upon delivery.
- We do not accept returns for custom/personalized orders, gift cards, or items on sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
