HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY:

I handcrafted your jewelry to last but please be sure you do your part. While silver jewelry will tarnish naturally over time, you can reduce tarnish by storing your jewelry in airtight plastic bags when you are not wearing it. Remove your jewelry before engaging in any activity that may damage your jewelry, doing dishes, cleaning with chemicals, sporting activities etc. If you do not like the patina that will naturally occur on your sterling silver over time, gently clean it with a soft polishing cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry.

SHIPPING:   

All orders come packaged in a brown box tied with raffia. I can include a handwritten note upon request if your order is a gift, just send me an email and I will be happy to assist.

READY TO SHIP:  

All items in the shop ship in 3 days or less, but please allow some extra for weekends and holidays. All orders ship USPS First Class with tracking and a transit time of 2-5 days depending on your location. Should you need your order sooner, please message me and we can discuss options. Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as I cannot be held responsible for errors. I will ship each order to the address listed on your invoice. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package ships.  

CUSTOM ORDERS:  

All custom orders will require time to create and thus will have a different shipping time than ready made orders. This will be discussed during our conversations about the custom order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International buyers are solely responsible for any duty or custom fees that may apply. Seller is not responsible for any delays due to the international custom process.

RETURNS:  

Please contact me directly via taylormetaldesigns@gmail.com immediately (within 3 days) if for any reason you are unhappy with your item and I will do my best to make it right.  If you are happy then I am happy. There is a NO RETURN policy on custom orders or any item that has been purchased and altered upon request.

Unaltered items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

 

LAYAWAY:

Layaway plans are offered with half paid down and the remainder due in 30 days.  If the second payment is not made then the item will be relisted and you forfeit the first payment made.
